magnolia

Do you know what happens when you put Philip Seymour Hoffman, William H. Macy, Julianne Moore, Tom Cruise, John C. Reilly, Jason Robards, Philip Baker Hall and a few others on a set and get Paul Thomas Anderson to direct his own screenplay? The answer is of course Magnolia (1999), one of my all time favourite films. I haven't stopped thinking about it since all the magnolia trees in this city started blooming so beautifully.

I'm off to a Dutch beach with a book, wishing you a wonderful Sunday!
