a parisian loft
A loft in Paris ... yes please, when can I move in? Love the custom-made bookshelves and the floor material is right up my alley. Nice!
It was one of my New Year's resolutions to make it to Paris this year but I think that's the only one I have to break. (Hubby, are you reading this? Surprise me, please surprise me!) But I have probably bookmarked like 50 hotels and considering everything I want to see I'll need to spend at least three months there! Three months in Paris – doesn't that sound wonderful?
We're enjoying Indian summer in Antwerp and it's beautiful. Yesterday the kids and I went to the Park after school and soaked up the sun. Wherever you are I hope the weather is treating you nicely!

Oh - this is truly wonderful, I love it! I have never been in Paris either, I hope to get there in a couple of years. I do think you´ll get there before me though..! :-)
ReplyDeletethat's a great find. I think I prefer the wood a little darker/older tho. looks all so sparkling new and not lived in yet...
ReplyDeleteParis is beautiful. I'm sure you make it there soon!
Wow, so simple and clean. Love it! And that amazing wall size bookcase..*sigh*
ReplyDeleteI wish I could have more natural wood in my house, it always looks so good and fresh, elegant and rustic at the same time. Wonderful find.
ReplyDeleteI love paris too! I've wanted to live and work there my entire life. Somehow I feel at home there. My boyfriend just gave me (us) a trip to Paris for my birthday. Maybe you should tell your husband that :-) Men like competition!

Btw, I almost waved and shouted at a woman a few days ago because I thought it was you! She looked just like you, was wearing a (military)-green coat and she was on her bike with two children in the Lange Gasthuisstraat. In the end, I decided not to risk looking like a lunatic! :-)

The weather is treating us so nicely that I'm afraid of what might follow. Such a bright loft! I can't help noticing the floors as I have a thing for beautiful floors. xoxo
