For some time now I have been meaning to share these images with you. This is one of my favourite shops in Antwerp, Copyright Art and Architecture Bookshop, located on Nationalestraat 28a (same building as the Fashion Museum, close to Dries Van Noten). For anyone interested in any kind of design this bookshop is a gem; the selection they carry is amazing (you should see the shelves of fashion books ... sigh!). The best part is the atmosphere, being in there simply does something for the spirit. I could easily spend hours in there ... and quite many euros too! If you find yourself in Antwerp this is the place to go to. Trust me! And no, no one paid me for saying that.

How has this day been treating you? I went shoe shopping and I liked it. I like my new boots even better. wink

  9. Fabulous... I could go in at opening time with a latte grab a few books then find a nice quiet corner and flick, flick, flick...until closing time. Do you think anyone would notice? Bookshops are THE best! But I'm with Design Traveller further up... its so totally bad for my economy too! Oh Well.
You're sooo lucky you got new boots... I went shopping also.. but came home with milk and bread and cheese (hmmm, not quiet the same hey?)

  10. It looks so nice - would definately visit if I had the chance one day ;o) Yesterday I went out with two of my friends to a nice little Winebar as they called it - an italian family runs it - so you can imagine that the food was so delicious - so we enjoyed the nice food, wine and each others company.
A nice day to you ;o)

  11. Every bookshop is heaven for me, and if it happens to look beautiful, even better. I have a favourite bookshop in Bucharest too, it's called Carturesti and I lose myself in there every time I go. And it doesn't sell only books, but DVDs, CDs, decorating objects, a great selection of tea (you can also serve tea inside) and a café. I should dedicate a post to it. You'd love it. xoxo
PS: new boots? what colour? I bet they're not black. :)
