This beautiful flat in Paris, where "opulence and masculinity merge," as Architectural Digest describes it, belongs to fashion designer Elie Saab. It was designed by architect Chakib Richani. I'm fascinated with various details, the symmetry of it, the long curtains and chandeliers, but a bit worried about all those candles in the second photo! But I wouldn't mind spending an evening in that room enjoying a delicious dinner ... with a fire extinguisher by my side.
Did you see Elie Saab's show at the Paris Fashion Week? Oh, it was a gorgeous spring/summer 2012 collection; beautiful solid colours. First there were white outfits, after that ochre that made my knees go weak, then peach, emerald green and Lapis blue. So pretty!
Wishing you all a wonderful day!
