loving friends & snail mail

It doesn't happen often that I post twice a day but this moment was too good to let it pass by. I just found this wonderful gift in my letter box that brought out a big smile. It's from my dear blog friend Anait at Cap Ou Pas Cap, who is also my Paris-obsession soulmate. Inside was a notecard that Anait had written at a café; it was all about travels and Paris – simply delightful. Do you see the address on the envelope? wink And there was this cute little notebook, which I love. Thank you Anait, you're quite a piece of work!

I also found a magazine from a friend in Iceland so right now I'm very thankful for friends and snail mail.

  12. A timely post Lisa, my three year today out of nowhere packed (or should I say stuffed) a little travel full of pj's/undies/toys for when he goes to Paris and it is now residing by the front door for whenever that moment arises.

Unfortunately for the poor dear we have no travel plans, but he may just have to join your Paris obsessed club. You know my thoughts, I would be there in a heartbeat!!

p.s love snail mail and the gorgeous Belgium christmas traditions.

  13. Fun! There is nothing like real mail, is there? email is fine, but packages are so much more fun—and this one is adorable :)
