Wow!! Big news Lisa!! Welcome to your new home and I hope you will all be very happy in Scotland! Seems like you are moving slowly closer to your homeland:-) Looking forward to discovering more of your new home and surroundings!
Thank you, Igor. Yes, we are closer to home ... not that we have felt any homesickness since moving abroad. Compared to the English, the Scots are more like Icelanders. I get the feeling we will be quit content here. It was about time to live so close to the sea. I love the sea!
Oh, Lisa, just yesterday I was wondering about the reasons your posts had become so few and far between. I truly admire your resilience to be moving around so much! I LOVE Scotland, by the way, visited near Loch Ness just this past August. Wish you all the very best at the new place!
Personally, I think they didn't need to invent this "magnet". :-) The lake and the surroundings are already in themselves worth a visit. The lake is especially spectacular when choppy due to wind.
Lisa, such amazing news! It sounds like you are getting settled and loving it. I adore Scotland deeply and have spent many magical, wonderful times there. Wishing you the very best and a beautiful Christmas in one of the most enchanting places on Earth. xo

ReplyDeleteThank you, Inga. Did you spot the Loch Ness monster? My daughters are sure it's there ;-)
