    1. Thank you, Igor. Yes, we are closer to home ... not that we have felt any homesickness since moving abroad. Compared to the English, the Scots are more like Icelanders. I get the feeling we will be quit content here. It was about time to live so close to the sea. I love the sea!

  2. Oh, Lisa, just yesterday I was wondering about the reasons your posts had become so few and far between. I truly admire your resilience to be moving around so much! I LOVE Scotland, by the way, visited near Loch Ness just this past August. Wish you all the very best at the new place!

    2. Personally, I think they didn't need to invent this "magnet". :-) The lake and the surroundings are already in themselves worth a visit. The lake is especially spectacular when choppy due to wind.
